Hey I’m Jenn Lucas! I’ve been active my whole life— from youth sports all the way to collegiate Track and Field, and finally working as a fitness pro. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes since 2009, landing on cycle classes as my favorite and specialty. I started CrossFit in 2016 as a way to train outside my classes. It quickly became my social outlet and a place to set new goals and learn new skills. For me, CrossFit isn’t just about a workout- it’s also about the community it creates. I’m a coach at DCL to share that love of movement with others and help them reach their fitness goals.
