Hello again DCL! Hope you’ve had a great week in this tornado-laden tundra.

Rather than burdening you with boisterous and bountiful bundles of choice vocabulary, let’s share a reminder of what CrossFit considers the basis for healthy eating for wellness and performance. Combining constantly-varied, functional movements done at high intensity with eating meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, little fruit, less starch, and no sugar, you see a “jet-stream of adaptation” regarding… everything we want from the gym: less body fat, more muscle, more energy, stronger/faster performance, etc.
